film-photo: helpful tips on taking better photographs FREE film developing

film

We all know what film is made out of, right? I didn't think so. Many people don't properly understand the theory behind photography. Film was invented during the 19th Century when technological pioneers began to experiment with light-sensitive crystals and soon baked them into a gelatinous strip of material that we now call film. Over brief periods of time, these strips were exposed to light through an optical lense. When the crystals adhered to the gelatin were exposed for the proper amount of time to light and objects through a lense, a reverse image or "negative" was created.

The next piece of the puzzle was taking a developed and fixed section of film and finding a manner to print an image using another lense. Photo paper, enlargers, and a host of various technologies were spawned as a result.

Time-Lapse Photography is not as tricky as it seems. All you need is a camera with manual settings on it.
